How does the retreat work?

Sometimes we struggle to get off the hamster wheel of life. Feel overwhelmed and stressed out? Anxious? Sabotage relationships or opportunities? Lack confidence and self worth? The list is endless!! This retreat is to work on YOU and YOUR needs.

The goal – To leave feeling like the best version of yourself, with a clear head and an excitement for life.

The retreat will be tailored to your individual needs and outcomes, running over either 3 or 5 days. It begins with an initial telephone consultation, where we discuss your needs. We then tailor the retreat package to include everything discussed.

Your retreat includes two 1-1 therapy sessions per day. During the time between sessions you will be asked to reflect, complete different projects (which instigate exploration of thoughts and feelings) and overcome challenges.

Your 1-1 therapy sessions will include a mixture of psychological and psychotherapy approaches, using eye movement, neuro linguistics and brain working recursive therapies to achieve the desired outcomes.  

Although an intensive few days, the results speak for themselves. You will leave this retreat feeling a sense of control and calm, with tools to last a lifetime.

Individual therapy can help with numerous issues:

NLP functions to reduce feelings of negativity by eliminating negative thought patterns, and by healing old self-sabotaging habits that may be inhibiting the healing process.

Together we look at ways of organising and filing the mind, to allow space for clarity and freedom from a muddled, overloaded brain. We also look at ways of reprogramming your behaviours to stay seperate from the ‘negative feelings’ and ways of de-escalating any physical feelings quickly and effectively.

You will learn new ways to bring your self back to a more carefree, laid back mind set. Taking each day at a time and no longer feeling constantly overwhelmed & pressured by the ‘what ifs?’ of the future.

Physiologically, NLP stimulates the frontal left cortex of the brain responsible for feelings of calm, happiness and well being.

IEMT also helps with rapid change work on overwhelming negative emotions or identity issues and is incredibly effective.

This retreat will teach you coping strategies, as well as confidence and empowerment. You will grow in self worth while letting go of past issues that are holding you back. Emerging as the version of you that is motivated, in control and excited to go out and smash your goals with confidence and happiness!
